We are in need of a official response to the healer situation

He'd be taken much more seriously if the past two expansions, healers didn't get boned. AST extremely weak at HW start, and WHM/SCH major issues at SB start.

He'd be taken much more seriously if the past expansion and this one we didn't the the "We can't have a new healer because we have to balance the ones we've got" Mind you that's 4 years now of that excuse going to go on 6 years.

So yeah, when he laughs and says "Just trust us", Yoshi and his team have lost my trust and they have yet to earn it back.

Regarding your last point, please see note 3. Because this is exactly where the FFXIV has come to.

Hate to say this, but maybe you need a break from the game. I say this not to be snarky, but based on your posts the development team appear to be in a no win situation unless you get what you want. If you are truly this unhappy and you know based on past events things are not going to change the way you want them to, why further frustrate yourself? There is no conspiracy against healers, but it is quite possible that the direction they wish to take the healers is not a direction you are ok with going. Nothing wrong with that. But when all evidence shows the game growing and you are posting how the devs have a lack of knowledge etc and ffxiv is on it’s way to failure pretty sure based on my experience with gaming it might be time for a change of pace.

Maybe the new direction of the healers means time for a new class? I say this as someone that had his favorite class changed from what he loved to not fun at the beginning of Stormblood. There could happy for you elsewhere in ffxiv or another game since their development style and opinions are not going to change. They want play experience before feedback. Just something to think about. Again I was not trying to be rude or snarky just thought provoking.

I think this game is a wonderful value for the price I pay.
I absolutely love the fact I can level multiple jobs on one character and not have to make alts if I don't want to (why I moved over from World of Warcraft)
I love the steady stream of content.

But with all the things I love about this game, I'm not going to give the developers a free pass when there are glaring issues because ultimately that doesn't help the game. I'm going to be vocal about them because they need fixed and staying quiet and saying "lets wait" isn't good enough for me.

Awesome! Not that it means much , but that does make me happy. I love when people enjoy what they are doing. Also, I’m all for posting your displeasure. however, I do think it should be measured and concise as that tends to affect more change.

I love the story and the lore of this game. I love how beautifully designed the areas are, and how characters, including your own, develop ever more depth the farther the story goes on. I also cherish the bonds I made with the (real) people I met here, many of which I know personally from Fan Festivals and other events. There are the things that actually keep me ingame.

However, that doesn't mean I have to like everything that is in this game, or everything the developers do. And that doesn't mean I won't call them out on their bullshit, as I would literally every other person on this planet. I don't pull favorites in that regard at all.

That's the only scenario where Misery is a damage loss.

Weird. I was of the impression that this is exactly how healing went for me this past 2 years...
Also, it needs 3 GCD heals in 90 seconds. Which is, outside "things went fubar", never happening.

I'll say nothing about you, but it only takes a few moments to see really good white mages are still casting GCD heals.

You must be bullying that Scholar or Astro something fierce.

Not anymore. The lilies just spawn every 30secs while in combat. Just need to spend your lilies that spawn to get black roses.

And? Doesn't matter if they spawn by themselves; to get a blood lily, I need to spend regular lilies three times in 90 seconds if I don't want to sit on stacks. From my experience, and no, I'm not bullying anyone here, that isn't going to happen unless things go fubar.

Why would you not spend the liliies? They are insta cast heals. Sure they are on the global cooldown but other than that they are free and can be cast on the move. That eventually give you a 900 potency attack.
