People hardly play female elezen. They're about as rare as femroe.

They're better off just enhancing the old races faces overall rather than giving a race nobody plays new faces.

Maybe i'm misreading the title but i'm assuming that "raise quality of 2.0 faces" includes every ARR race.

Maybe better face options would make them a bit more popular as well. All i can see here is a win-win situation so where exactly is your problem?
