Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

If we do get male viera, I would hope that female hrothgar comes out along with them. I still have my reservations for their hair being locked to their faces, though. Like I said, I'll withhold judgement until after launch. Perhaps hrothgar will get more facial options in exchange for limited hairstyle options.

I decided to take my own advice and draw a male viera as a show of support.



The outfit is based off of minafumi's male viera's outfit. I wasn't feeling very creative with outfit designs at the moment.

I did one version with the ears back, and the small doodle is the one with their ears forward. To be honest, I think if male viera were added, they would reuse the ears created for the female viera. I made the one in the middle a little more toned. For the last one on the right, I added the chest fur. I still hope the chest fur is optional if male viera were to be added.

As I was coloring this in, I thought it would be interesting to have a hairstyle where the hair color was split down the middle.

We will obviously get male viera and fem hrot, hopefully at the exact same time . We won't get just 1 of them

I love that art. Can't wait to see him draw the other classes. I personally would be fine with them being that muscular. It still looks like a normal physique, not a wall of meat. Plus, he looks like a male model, good counterpart to how the female Viera look. Just my opinion though.

Senn you went ahead and drew what Yoshida said he doesn't want lol. Impressed by your drawing skills, and it's perfect for what Viera children should look like. But no way in the 7th hell would I call that a Viera man.

By some part of community judgement, everything what does not look like 35+ y.o. man that lives in gym = child by default. As if young looking adults do not exist (Spoiler: they definitely do).
