I asked a GM to clarify the new rules regarding hunts and early pulling

My question through this whole thing is, how do you clearly define early pulling?

It can’t just be that somebody aggroes before everyone is ready; although it is nice when they wait. In order for there to be a hard and fast rule about this it would have to be based on agreed upon parameters. This is the real reason why early pulling doesn’t exist.
Pre-pulling on the other hand..

Early pulling one hunt won't ever get you banned. Doing it repeteadly with the sole aim to grief others and constantly make fun via the shout chat of those who didn't make it in time might get you in trouble though. Not because of early pulling, but because you are being a jerk. I've seen some people do it repeteadly and I even saw someone in the past tank the hunts behind rocks and walls so that people would constantly get LoS.

Early pulling would be when you attack the hunt before it has even spawned I guess.

I'm an advocate of "you can wait 20 minutes and there will still be people on the way who will miss out and shout "early pulling""
