Will I be able to play StB content during ShB early access?

I can confirm that I do NOT have access to the Stormblood main questline even though I have added the Shadowbringers key to my account. I just finished up the last of the Heavensward main quests that were added after I left and was stopped at the first Stormblood quest. I know that going through Stormblood is going to take me a bit to get through before getting into Shadowbringers, and so I wanted to know if I could start those quests during the early access or if I needed to wait until the full release.
