While it'd be great and all if Highlanders could get the option for eyebrows, I just want to point out that Conrad is a Midlander, not a Highlander.

If you're running through the character creator and using default names, which the devs usually do for in game characters, Kemp is a highlander surname and not a midlander one. It's possible, however, that he may be using a midlander character model despite being a highlander. Minfilia and Lyse are both highlanders as well, but use midlander models both to try to show their age as well as because female highlanders weren't modeled in the 1.0 launch of the game.
