Not necessarily. I've grouped with people who annoyed me to no end. I still did not kick them. Someone annoying me isn't enough to warrant me kicking them. Especially when I know I will almost certainly never see them again (definitely won't if I blacklist them).

The few times I have initiated a vote kick for reasons other than the person disconnecting were because the player was legitimately trying to disrupt the run. If I see a VK initiated on someone that is simply not getting along with someone in the group, I'll vote "No" the majority of the time. I guess I'm more patient than most people.

That said...

I can understand not wanting to play with someone. I cannot, however, understand wanting to kick them from a DF run. You're not gonna be around them for very long. So I can understand getting annoyed, possibly upset, about getting kicked. I was kicked from a group one night because I wasn't pulling as fast as the DPS wanted me to. If I had pulled any faster, we would have wiped. The healer was struggling enough already. I pointed that out, politely, and the Healer said "Thank you" and then a moment later I was sitting in Limsa... I have no idea why I was kicked, and the fact that I was irritated me.

For some it's closer to 30-50 minutes. Depends on the roulette and the time of day.
