obviously the fact your a GLA level 54 and gear level is inappropriate.
Get you PLD soul Crystal and upgrade your gear. This will reduce the amount of people quitting.

Also, to OP the first person to leave is not always the weakest link, usually the smartest, that value their time by comparing a long miserable run or take 30 min penalty. Out of respect for the group I make sure I enter at a reasonable ilevel when tanking. One way to get a healer to rage quit is to make them burn there mp to keep you alive for one or two mobs because your a GLD in a level 30 or higher dungeon.

Forum listings aren't strictly accurate. OP has soul crystal. But yes, as pointed out, gear was a bit atrocious.
