I actually go to therapy much less frequently now than I used to now that I got a better handle on things, I’m not even seeing the person who diagnosed me for therapy. Again I really don’t think this is the place for that discussion.It's not always just meds. They don't just say "Ok, well this is your problem now be off on your merry little way" they try to get you to do things to cope with whatever they find wrong with you. If whatever sort of help they're offering isn't helping, and it's costing you something, it's not harmful to think they might be wrong, intentionally or not, and look for another opinion.
There's a difference between that, which is what Izanagi and I are talking about, and "Ha, no, that's not autism", like you seem to think we're saying.
