    steam code for pre-order of Shadowbringers not compatible with Mogstation?

    Helloes,

    Sorry this has probably been answered somewhere.
    Pre-ordered on steam (ShadowBringers)
    And wanted to link it to the Mog station, says code invalid.

    So, I'm assuming if you bought all from SE, you need to stay with SE and if you bought from Steam...

    Did you put in the correct code? You should have received 2. One for pre-order (which you put in now) and one for the game (which you put in at launch).

    edit: This goes with the caveat of if you bought it from a normal retailer, you must continue to do that... if you bought it from steam, you must continue to do that. You can't mix and match.

    If you have pre-ordered FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers on Steam, you can find your 20-digit Early Access code by navigating to your game library and selecting “FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.” On the right-hand side of the game page, find the “Links” section and select “CD key.” The 20-digit early access code will be listed there, starting with “RF4A.” If you have pre-ordered the physical Steam Collector’s Edition, your 20-digit RF4A pre-order code will be sent directly along with your order confirmation and you can proceed to Step 2.

    How to Confirm Pre-order Bonuses

    To confirm early access, please visit the Mog Station, log in, and select “Your Account.” You’ll see a circle (“O”) mark in the Shadowbringers Early Access area in your “Account Status” section. To confirm pre-order bonus items, please visit the Mog Station, log in, and select “Your Account.” Select “View additional items” in the “Bonus” section.

    I had the original physical edition of version poopy (PC edition 1st realease)
    When it was re-launched, bought em all via Steam ^^;
    Maybe that's why? dunno, never had an issue with others expansions before.

    There was some noise recently about how the steam version was going to affect people who had both kinds of license on the same account.. this may be related. I don't know enought to advise though. Sorry. I do hope you get it figured out .
