    I wish FC recruitment had its own thing separate from the PF honestly.

    Its actually absurdly hard to search for FC's, even ones you know exist, through in-game tools.

    What ingame tools? There are actually none. It would be great to have a company directory of some sort per server, especially for Companies who are a bit niche that people are always looking for, like Aus/NZ players, HC raiders, Brazilian players, etc etc.
