Additionally: Not being able to customize your character the way you want to (such a thing leaving a sour taste in many people's mouths and often a "straw that broke the camel's back") is a totally valid reason for someone to either not buy the expansion or let their subscription lapse. Hell, someone could unsubscribe because they're fed up that there are never any good-looking berets and let's be real there aren't, it doesn't mean that they didn't enjoy the game, it means that something irritated them enough to decide they needed time away from it.
No, it’s a ‘it’ll take time’ answer. So no need for your condolences just yet. They give the same answer on high res textures and other customisation options.

All it means to me is that if they add them, it could take a considerable wait, eg until 6.0.
