    i wouldn't bother putting rmt bots on your blacklist, when the ban wave hammer comes down on them they'll be gone and you'll just have a bunch of old names that don't exist anymore cluttering up your blacklist. just report them via the right click rmt report function and move on.

    I've been blocking those bots since I started playing and they all seem to be untouched on my list. I don't know if the game stores the names on the client or what it takes to refresh to see if those toons still exist.

    I'd like to clean it up while keeping the legit players blacklisted but that's kinda hard.

    When they ban an account, they don't delete the characters associated with it, hence they'll always stay.

    As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

    I put them on my blacklist so I don't have to endure their spam. If I don't blacklist them they continue to clog up my chat. Not blacklisting and waiting for the ban-hammer to come doesn't solve that problem.
