    He does have one good point. On the last BSM quest I did it required an HQ hammer. The reward - the SAME hammer in NQ...

    I actually find things like this sarcastically funny... I remember crafting an HQ bow for my archer just so I could complete my class quest for the Archer Guild Master. He then gave me an NQ bow. Luckily, there was a Carpenter class quest which needed only an NQ bow, so I submitted the NQ bow to the Carpenter Guild Master, and I kept the HQ one for myself... Well, so yeah, things like this happen with DoW too...
