What if... now hear me out here....what if there was a way for you to WAIT for the buffs to go off, like say you had a means to FOCUS TARGET someone as a healer, like a tank... JUST HEAR ME OUT NOW!

What if you had a means to see how much time the card buff had, and then, having an AoE buff yourself, used it after? Like, taking a few seconds to explain that one of you will buff on the beginning, and then the other will use theirs after?

In that way, you'd have unlimited AoE buffs of many varieties, double the chances for good stuff. CRAZY?! I think NOT!

Serious though, you're an idiot for doing this. Too bad on NA they don't do the JP thing of doing a global blacklist of players for doing dumb things. I guess we give people benefit of the doubt where JP just shuns you and ostracizes you for that kind of thing. Be lucky you're not on JP, you'd not be able to raid at all.

While I completely understand the frustration of our cards being over-written and not stacking...the way you're handling it OP is completely childish. As many have pointed out our buffs stacking would be grossly over-powered regardless of RNG involved and just ditching games because you got paired with another AST is dumb.

If you coordinate with another Astrologian, even though your cards won't stack you can almost guarantee that you ALWAYS have a buff on during the dungeon/raid if you bounce back and forth which is a huge bonus in itself.
I don't see stacking as a necessity for AST at all.

You could just take turns with your cards. It's more infuriating when your sch, and the AST insists on going Noct sect.

I just went double Ast in orbonne and the other ast said they card first.
Then i did my cards and all that, they didn't seem to have that much luck but...

the only time i accidentaly overwrote her cards was at the end at ultima. Rip her Balance and heyho my spear!

what can you do? It happens even if you wait for an ast to do a card but to be honest, there are a lot of asts that don't even prioritize using cards, where you go OVER half of a 24 man(which are long) without seeing many cards at all.

God it would be so broken, double balance, arrow+balance on blms, spear and balance on brds, balance balance... super balances on 1 person, that person would probably explode because they have too much power.

That's why only regen stacks and shields don't, stacking shield would mitigate everything, just shield everything and anything, WHO CARES!

Just deal with it, overwriting cards happens and usually it's not the worst thing other than being a little annoying.

I'm honestly just tired of seeing AoE Bole, Spire and Ewer overwrite an AoE Balance.

9/10 its someone who went healer for a faster queue, considering they spend the first fight without a Sect too. I don't know how these people manage to level jobs to 70. >.> <.<

Found out Diurnal hots don't stack today when the second healer put on diurnal sect after the pull in Alpha 4.0.
