Ability to make personal house a fc house! PLEASE!

PLEASE SE!! make it so one can convert there personal house to a free company house.. i personally want to give up my personal house so my free company can have one... i would let it go and re-purchase it for full price as a FC house but this RNG on the housing is not fair at all and could lose it completely.... another idea could be to instance personal houses instead of having the apartments .. and leave the wards for Free Company's .. it would possibly help people interact more as a community

I like the idea of letting you turn a personal into an FC. The rest of it not so much. I'm in the same boat, I have personal I'd love to turn into an FC, but I can't so I'll likely buy *another* house. If I can win the spam click.

The thing is, that timer was made to put a dent in reselling plots (at least the personal ones) and if they let you convert it to an fc plot then someone can either:

convert -> sell fc

or

join fc -> collect gil -> convert/leave.

Maybe SE should just let the free market do it's thing. People are just selling FC and plots regardless of random rimter or not.

If players can just transfer ownership over. Then new players will never see a house. It'll always be sold from within a FC or be priced far outside the average players gil range. It'll just be limited to the wealthiest of players

I don't think this is great idea. Way too easy to take advantage of by players who would make an FC house, only to turn it into their personal home. FC's should be unique for their members with workshops, house buffs and the like. I'm not sure you can do this, but I suggest to watch for a plot to open up and transfer to it and make it the FC house. There would be no rng timer then.

I also would like the ability to switch my personal house over to an FC house and back again! But, I also didn't think about people having the ability to steal it for themselves, either. If there could be some sort of system put in place like... maybe a days-til-switch countdown or having a number of FC mates or leads sign a waver to allow it or something. :/

When you create an FC you have to have people sign the deed thingie to start it up. Maybe they could do that for switching it from an FC house to a personal house. A "days-til-switch" could give the FC a heads up that something is happening, and stop it if necessary. /shrug Like: "Hey, this house it being switched to a personal estate in blag blah days."

Being able to convert a personal house to a FC house, assuming your FC doesn't have a house and you have the appropriate permissions in the FC, would be nice. This would need to be a one way thing though. No taking a FC house and converting it to personal.

If it was a one way street Personal > FC only then several of these arguments would be null. I'd be perfectly fine with that.
