sugestion: take down rescue

except for the use of healers forcing you to stand next to them if you dont notice if you are too far away from the group, most of the times rescue is used by healers is to harrass others or, gonna use the word again, force people to stand next to them for whatever reason they find they need to use it.

I think Rescue is a nice thing, even if some bad healers tend to use it to troll. My husband mains healer and the rare occasions he uses Rescue is to save someone from an AOE —as it should be, I believe, for most of the part.

For exemple, the first boss of Sainte-Mocianne's Hard, when he eats the add and does that huge poison AOE, a lot of the time, a stray melee DPS or the tank himself is too far to be safe, so he uses Rescue to bring him to safety.
And that's just an exemple among others.

I guess there is a wider story behind the creation of the thread, but like everything, I guess, its not the skill's fault, but the person using it.

no actually its just that, healers abussing it, trying to kill others, me included. its annoying to be pushed around when you are trying to focus on mechanics because of trolls or inexperienced healers. and i think we'll be just fine without it.

I honestly think the cooldown is too long for this skill but the whole reason why it is, is to keep the trolling down.

Ive seen it used and used it in useful situations.. the fact that it isnt spammable or even with a short cooldown should keep those of you who have to deal with trolls still in a fine shape.

If you are being trolled, report it and move on. Not everyone uses Rescue in the way you may have experienced it OP, so no reason to remove for some minor situations. Let's remove Shirk and Sillouette as well, they can also troll players....

the other times was just fun playful after boss was killed lol

the actual solution to this would be a consumable (such as a potion) that makes rescue fail when used on you for say 3 hours or so.

cant report an inexperienced player for using it with the bests of intentions but ending up screwing with my pull
