Dot. As Yoshi-P announced creating new races is a struggle for the team due integrations with gear and Viera is female-locked due lore, can't be more clear than this, Viera is female-exclusive race. Now go farm gils for ShB next raid as you'll need lot of consumables for it and finally play the game the way it's meant to be played.
