While the thought isnt bad, I doubt clustering people with anxiety/depression will do anything other than normalise or aggravate the problems. I'd recommend to anyone who believes to be suffering from those ailments to seek professional help immediately.
Depression isnt a fashion statement, its a mental sickness that is cureable.

First thing my psychiatrist and my counselor both told me is there is no "cure" for depression. It can be treated and you can go on to have a full life without ever needing treatment again. But the chance of it resurfacing due to any random trigger is always going to be there.

This. Grouping people up with mental disorders that can be agitated specifically by others who have the same disorder is a bad idea. I can only believe these people are just wearing the labels as a fad cause it's cool to say that these days. Otherwise if they genuinely had these problems they should, as you said, seek real help and should avoid others with the same issues to not further normalize/feed off each others issues.

Not announcing my joining was intentional? I was wondering where that alert was.

When I originally set up the Discord (but I passed on leadership so long ago I forgot when I did it), this was something I intentionally set up. There are announcements for joining/leaving (I think anyway, I know they changed which bot they use, and I can't remember if I set up the Discord built in join notifications, or the bot's ones that I set up at the time, I have a weird preferred bot choice), but they're hidden away so only the mods can see them (and they know not to announce it). As far as normal members go, they won't see you join/leave. So it's all stashed away to protect the privacy of people who join.

Actually... it helps. We even say this is a place that can be used to help you feel like you belong somewhere. Here's the thing, grouping us up together can help, or are you trying to say the group support I get from a charity called Mind is a bad idea... a charity who continues to run the group support because it works. It won't work for everyone I can understand, but I can tell you now, the people at these group support sessions aren't just going through a fad. This Discord works in a similar way, it allows you to feel you're not alone. We even go out of our way to say this is not a replacement for professional support. But by helping them feel they're not alone, it can support people in its own unique way.

What makes you think none of us got actual help? I have, and I'm on a low dose of Citalopram to start me off. Nothing in this server is triggering, we're looking at cute pictures and listening to music. No one is in here acting like conditions are a fashion statement, nor are they acting like this is a replacement for therapy and medication. There's a venting channel and that's it, people can choose to not participate in that part of the server.
