Then go and protest about it, leave feedback but dont act like you cant live or play the game without them. These things are nice to have, but not necessary to enjoy the basic subscription.
People are not entitled, I have been in this boat for a while as well and voiced myself pretty much for wanting male Viera. But I'm getting annoyed by some comments and it makes me /facepalm.
If FFXIV is ruined for some people, then so be it. They will come back eventually, after realizing the MMO market isnt that great, and FFXIV offers a really great service. But dont act like it is "the end of the world". Thats why I said this comment to begin with. If people want to be respected, then they should also respect other players who are excited for the expansion. I dont need to read every 2. post being "q-q" or just wishful thinking.

Are you complaining about people q-q-ing over male Viera in a male Viera support thread? Have you considered step away to be excited over the expansion if people getting upset is making you upset?
Seriously though people making demand in a forum thread is not being disrespectful to those who are enjoying the game.

I also don't understand why some keep trying to argue with others how they should feel about the lack of male Viera/female Hrothgar. If that is their deal-breaker then that is their deal-breaker, if that ruins the game for them then well it's ruined -for them-
People who want male Viera aren't a big glob of one mind like the Vath beast tribe in the game. They are a bunch of individuals with different perspectives and thoughts that just happen to want the same thing, and even then they have different visions of how that things should be implemented anyway. There is no point in policing people's feelings.

This is the second MMO I ever played, first ever MMORPG, and I only started playing it because of people I played the other MMO with. I'm not looking for an MMO for the sake of an MMO so I don't rightly care about that option. Not that it even matters - if I don't enjoy XIV I don't enjoy XIV.

Eureka, lack of content because of Eureka, jarring ending to SB's storyline (if you can call it an ending), a housing system designed against the players, lackluster glamour system, Limited Jobs, inability or unwillingness to balance healers for an entire expansion...
I mean mileage may vary but you'll find a lot of people disagree with you about a great deal many things more than how to debate about male Viera, which also fuels back into how much some people react to the genderlocks.

If people want to be respected then they should also respect other players

I also did not say how people should feel, but if they keep bringing up the same things, then yes people might get tired of it?

o/ Just am here to remind my support for the introduction of both counterparts even if I won't be playing any of the both requested I feel for those who are anxious and disappointed for waiting years to have their game experience.

I would say this thread is a poor place to find fanart, unlike say, twitter.
And by this point with over 360 pages in, whether it's constructive feedbacks or plain whining, it's all repeating same points from earlier anyway. But hey if that is what you like then whatever float your boat.

Ppl saying that we can't expect a response after 4 week should go and look at 1.0 when SE got asked to get rid of genderlocks and they got a response in like 2-3 days and then 11 days after they got confirmation that they were gonna remove genderlock at launch.

I hope you're not expecting SE to have male Viera and female Hrothgar available at 5.0 launch. SE also likely won't talk about the 'missing genders' until the Live Letter next month and, as I said in the previous page, likely will only say they're aware of the players requests. They will not say they plan on working on it, or anything that will make players hopeful/build hype. Not until they know they will have the resources and such to make them (and they'll likely make the announcement during Fan Fest at the end of next year, or beginning of the year after next).

This is not a 1.0 situation.

The black rose gas spreading faster than anticipated (also large-scale effective), causing the Viera tribes to shrink extremly fast, so they are forced to change their hidden lifestyles and become more visible. Garleans trying to catch many males to use them under their control. After all, they are skilled assassins. (stealthy and fast)
