no need to be envious all players are entitled to apartments, and as what our other fellow players suggest, try and get one decorate it to the max.

Apartments are safe from auto demolition, and you can also use its store room to place some furnishings you might want to place in your estate in the future.

Furthermore, if you are a member of an fc get the alloted room for fc members transform your room into whatever you like (i turned mine into a bath house), but don't place your apartment in the same district as your fc, place it far apart it will also help in cutting port costs.









If you are a level 60 crafter especially in crp, wvr, ltw, arm, alc., you can make almost all the nice furniture. Just play and enjoy.

You can. But like many things, houses are rare and not anyone can get one anytime anywhere they like. Sometimes you need to have patience until a spot opens up.

On Coeurl for the past two months there has not been ONE house available. But the sad part is that over half the houses I visit are totally empty.

You have to be patient to get a house. I finally got a small one about 6-7 months ago. I saw an empty land but it had a timer on the purchase to able u to even buy it, so i had to come back and try it and still wasnt able to buy it. Logged on one morning and went back out there and boom bought it for 2.3 million. Its fun and nice to have and still havent half way finished it. Be patient and look around. Theres tons of places to buy it. Also since a new expansion is coming out the servers will be packed and even harder to buy. Get an apartment or join an FC and get a room you can change up for the time being until one opens up

My medium house in the Lava beds/Ward 2 is like an oasis in a sea of unoccupied structure-nothingness. Too bad it's not on instanced open land rather than an abundance of mostly empty houses that just clutter up my view.

They just brought back the housing reclaim. Just have to be patient. I'm sure there will be a good amount of houses free in no time
