Can you say with 100% certainty that you would never ever make another character?

I can say for 100% certainty that I would never ever make another character, one is enough for me as the only benefit to another character for me is race and server, neither of which im invested in having multiple of. Whats more, I can say for 150% certainty that even if I did make another character, I wouldn't be bummed out because I chose to go for a cheaper single character option for a mount because I'm far more invested in my main.

I would love single account cheaper versions for all mounts.

My own decided future is not the same as random chance. I know that my future won't entail things that I don't enjoy, particularly considering that my mind hasn't been changed in what could be considered maybe half of the game's lifespan.

In fact I do have another character, he is level 10 and I he won't get much higher than that while he still needs to do the ARR story (reason I didn't mention that is because I literally forgot he existed).
