Then scrap it, work on it until it's an actual finished product - however long that takes - THEN introduce it to the game.

You know... Like every single other thing they put into the game?

They don't add in new dungeons that only have the first room unlocked with promises of "More content and "Hardcore Bosses" to be added at a later date"

They don't add in MSQ when it's just text boxes filled with Japanese with promises of "More translation and "Unique cutscenes" to be added at a later date"

Why should they implement a half-baked and unfinished BLU with promises of "More spells and "Hardcore content" to be added at a later date"?

SE choose to not utilize beta test servers to get player feedback of things in development. They should not use live servers in lieu of them.
