I didn't know beta "ended" and that 4/16/2011 was a date during "Alpha/Beta". Until you prove otherwise, you don't play the game. And if you are Sakuya Kongouji and seeing how neither characters have actually beaten moogle. I'm going to assume you still haven't done then and should henceforth stop posting on the forums until you accomplish that task. As far as you know, the person making this complain never beat the fight and is using his/her "Alpha/Beta" account.

I'm sad to tell you I'll be paying and playing this game for a long time to come, you still haven't shown me the post where Jenestia claims that the content is/isn't fun. That's what I asked you initially and you just dodge the question because you don't have a answer because they never claimed they knew the fight was fun.

(On a note they have claimed they do have another account) But without knowing what account that is it's besides the point any claims that they do/don't know how the game plays is pointless unless they back up their claims that they play with evidence. If they don't want to then all the power to them, but it hurts the credibillity of their statements a tad.

Now I doubt I'll get a response from you, but I'm still waiting for you to back up your claims. Then again I guess asking for a logical response to a question about a user (Not even related to the game I might add) is Whiteknighting the game somehow...I think you need to get your words layed out properly before you say something stupid again.

I don't see how people think this is Tanakas system when in reality it's probably Yoshi's idea. The man is a normal person not a god, and he may have opinions about the games direction that you and I may not share.

Thing is...it's his game to direct, so you might just be stuck with his vision instead of yours.

Afflicts the player with the Mark Of Tanaka. Armor durability decreased by 100%. Any movement by the player cause experience gains to gradually decrease until null. Additionally, experience rewards gained from combat are random. Afflicts blindness while in the market wards which renders the item search useless. Menu confirmations increased by 100%. Mouse is afflicted with software curse, which decreases movement by 50%.

I wish they would have monthly GM events or something to give players a chance to come together as a server, and no the RP in town doesn't count. I remember a GM randomly decided to spawn Doom Lord Kazzak on the tournament servers in WoW... it was awesome.

Instead of RP'ing with players in town why don't they spawn a mob somewhere in Mor Dhona and have the RP dude lead adventurers up there to take it down. Maybe give the RP dude some badass abilities and buffs to help the players. Make up a bit of lore surrounding it. Make it an achievement. There's a lot of possibilities, but giving players some dynamic content that requires the effort of the server would be a welcome break from the daily tedium of this game. That would be way more exciting than fighting mobs in a box every three months.

I've heard of games where they had 'acting staff' assigned to RP a specific character in game for events. It would sort of be along the lines of having Kan-E-Seena initiate an event or lead you through it. Having the NPC spawn, randomly invite people to a group, and then lead them on a quest could be fun. They don't need pro-actors to do it, just staff who like to RP.

So what makes me think this is false is the little directions we are taking in the right way. For example currently a similar drop style to primals is used in XI when asked for something like nuts/totems the answer on 11 was "NO!" Now mind you what we have isn't great yet (abysmal drop rate) but a step in the right direction. The difference in Tanaka regime versus any other is an ability to admit some fault and listen.

As far as materia wasnt there discussion of a category for it being implemented ala crystals? Its not ideal but my only issue with materia is I hoard it unreasonably.
