■Nuisance behaviour
"Nuisance behaviour" means speech or behaviour that hurts others or obstructs game play, but which is not classified as harassment. Even if it was not the intention, a penalty may be imposed if the end result was that another person was hurt or obstructed.

There is no maybe it is or it isn't. And even going into content in all lv1 glams (which isn't possible for some instances) is not on what you've brought up OP.

Show me where they hurt you. The only obstruction you'd have is a DPS check and the lv70's synced down for lower leveled Alliance Raids blow that out the water.

it doesn't matter... the behavior is covered by the rules. either way, what these players are doing is disruptive of the progress towards what is potentially 23 other players. even if it isn't common for players to abuse the Alliance Raid Roulette in such a manner, when it does occur it has an impact on many players.

regardless, it is abusive and it should be stopped.

it IS covered by the rules... if not, then why would the player i reported get issued a warning? i reported someone a couple days ago, with video linked to. they responded to my report and said the player was issued a warning. should i happen catch this behavior again to make another report and the player would punished. if it wasn't against the rules, then it wouldn't be punishable.

GMs specifically dont tell you about any actions taken. dunno why you're bothering to lie about something so petty.

Here's something interesting to consider, even if it wasn't violating anything in the ToS: People shouldn't do that anyway. Taking off pieces of gear to lower your ilevel is just obnoxious. It reminds me of when people used to go into LotA in crafting gear. There's no good reason to do it, so even if it doesn't break any rules, they shouldn't do it anyway.

As was pointed out(I think it might have been here on the forumns, or sometime while voice chatting with a few friends), but to unlock Alliance Roulette, you literally only need to do Labyrinth of the Ancients and Syrcus Tower. Nothing else. As long as you have enough to make it a Roulette(2 or more possibilities) then you can run it. Yes, certain roulettes(extreme and mentor for example) require you to have specific duties unlocked, almost, maybe even all, the other roulettes only need two duties to be used as such.

Not even this much. I only have LoTA unlocked (have not done it) but Alliance Roulette is still queueable. Can provide screenshots if anyone doesn't believe me
