    why can't we just have glamour non specific to jobs when it's such fan service gear?

    You could have it by completing the quest. One gear for all job can't work because of stats and loot. You don't want to try to loot something all 8 party member can loot.
    And only one skin for a raid is not much, also makes the raid lose interest fst if you can have all you want so fast.

    Maybe their plan this year is to scrap gear from the yorha raid and instead drop weapons. The only two piece of glam are 2b and 9s from quest reward.
