To elaborate on my answer, I said “no” for the muscle slider not because I'm adverse to some beef but because all races only get one slider to mess with and I’d like their ear length customizable.

I should clarify that one then - I mean in addition to their usual ear slider. I've been wanting them to add a muscle tone slider for any race with muscle definition for a while now.

Can this look not be achieved already with male Highlanders? With so much being asked for with Hrothgar and Viera, can we not ask for more faces that have more facial options. Highlander male eye brows, male faces with more facial hair options, more hair options, face types, ect...

I mean, it's my view that they should update customisation options for existing races all around, but by the looks of it, they're working on that, and it will probably take a while.

Most mmo's have a muscle slider. Hell, Conan Exiles has a dong slider. More sliders would make everything better in my opinion. Well, that and Male Viera and Female Hrothgar of course...lol

I am adding my support for Male Viera here. Ever since the viera were introduced in FFXII I dreamt of playing as a male viera, so one can imagine my disappointment when the opportunity was passed over.

So here is my support, my wish, my plea, for their inclusion in a future patch!

ok im someone who dislikes using forums in most games , but this has outright made me completely sick to think of , i have cancelled my sub and avoided purchase of shadowbringers. I have seen another thread point this out as well , if resources were THAT much of an issue , why would it be wasted making 2 races , but only half of them , and not able to wear helms.....it seems like a poor laps of judgement in resource management , it would have been more ideal to focus on Vierra (both genders) , and resolve the helm issue as well since they , most likely , wouldnt have a drastic head difference in comparison with the hrothgar . but now the resources for the helm issue is being split between the 2 races (of which there is only 1 gender each). again , a poor judgement in resource management. the hrothgar should probably have been saved for a later date , sorry those who love them , im not saying i dont want them in the game , im thinking at a resource management point of view , if there was that much of an issue developing BOTH genders for each race and their ability to wear helms/hats and such , then it would have been more ideal to focus on just 1 race and save the other for later , all we had heard about as far as im aware of , was Vierra , because of of Frann being the key hint thats always thrown in somewhere near the end of an expansion usually (called RDM when i saw whats her name draw a sword from her arcanist book) , and lo and behold we had RDM. BUT , we didnt really have anything to hint at hrothgar , so i feel resources that could have saved alot of these issues was wasted on doing just HALF of a race that now is being used to work on making helms wearable on both, I will sadly be missing out on this expansion because of this , it is truly saddening , i really loved this game.....i dont like genderlocking , EVER , most games that do genderlocking have gone Free to Play , and last i heard yoshi would never let the game go F2P and shut it down instead. IF i see male Vierra as a sudden "oh surprise!" and be there at launch? id go full throttle back into the game , but if we have to wait for 6.0? thats a ridiculously long time because of poor judgement. But since ESO has its new expansion introducing Necros and Dragon fights , well i have a new game to enjoy. I will hold out hope that this genderlocking issue gets resolved FAST. But honestly? im not holding my breathe. its not something that should have been done in the first place but it was. i have concern for future judgements in the future development of the game as well.

The best way for you to show your support for the inclusion of male viera is to leave a like on the first post of this thread, and to encourage your friends to register to the official forums and leave a like on the post as well. Another way is to post a link to this thread on your social media, and encourage those who want male viera to leave a like. Spreading a link to this thread around is very helpful. Maybe SE staff can't look through every single post, but the number of "likes" is something SE staff can see. Again, thanks for stopping by. I hope we'll get male viera one day.
