Can we have a server merger after fee take place ?

I have a revolutionary idea. Players who want a global server can play on them. Players who want language specific servers can play on them. Nah, let's call people racists instead.

I'll call a dog a dog. I'm fine with those people getting their own servers so I don't have to play with them, but I don't want my server made regional. It is 2011 the world shouldn't bend for people who can't manage to co-exist with others from different locations.
