Exactly. Though I tend to just alt-tab and entertain myself here when I get one of those in Mentor Roulette. Fulfills the same purpose.

I think it is not good game design when you have to tab out of the game and enternain yourself by other means, instead of actually playing the game.

I'm not here to talk design. The two duties should have been made into solo instances a long time ago.

However, it's at least a good thing MSQ Roulette is a 100% optional thing to that people don't have to do.
