    That's not what he meant.
    When they made cutscenes unskippable, they increased the EXP and tome rewards to account for the extra time spent.
    If everyone vote-skips all the cutscenes, they're getting rewarded for 40 mins of play time, but it only took 20.

    Could easily lead to PF or FC runs where everyone agrees to vote-skip for the rewards, and they'll have to end up nerfing the rewards back to what they used to be.
    This would mean a non-skipped run with a newbie wouldn't be worth it, and then the roulette would fail to do it's job as only premade PFs would run it, while newbies sat in the queue for ages waiting for only other newbies to join.
