I support a "Vote Skip Cutscene" option. The votes would have to remain completely anonymous. No logs in the chat history or checkmarks by names.

If everyone skips the cutscenes then any daily reward should also be forfeited (or greatly reduced) as well, seeing as only new players have a reason to run the two duties (to progress the story) unlike other players who are in it just for the bonus and/or exp. 30-40mins spent in the duty is rewarded for a reason.

Well maybe they could make it different than normal votes so that all players need to vote "skip" unanimously. All 8 of them, or however many players are in the party.
