The windows event log you should be checking is the Administrative Events log under Custom View.

As far as stable drivers go, I've been using 416.94 as per recommendation from some people on the Nvidia forums and tellingly, I haven't had a single DX11 related crash in weeks (It turned out I was actually crashing recently because of my GPU overheating...). Make sure your motherboard drivers are also up to date because that made the difference between me immediately crashing and things working smoothly at times.

If you haven't already, make sure Windows Game Mode is turned off along with the Xbox Overlay, as both are known to cause problems. I'd also try adjusting both your Nvidia and PC settings to prioritize maximum performance if you haven't already and also link state management in advanced power settings.

Alright, thanks for more input! I'm in that log now and found 2 things at the right time, so maybe one of them tells us anything? One even mentions a driver. : P That said I don't know too much how to make heads or tails of them.
(Thanks for being patient and repeatedly pitching in! As previously established this is the most indepth I've had to get tech wise with a game, like, ever lol, and I've had this problem from like day 1 at this point)

Windows game mode and xboix overlays have been off, but I'll check again. And just so I make sure I understand, what do you mean by priortizing performance? As in, like, here, I'll pull up the GeForce thing.
I had at one point shoved it towards battery, assuming less is more, and having all my visual settings on bare bones had been my first obvious attempt at fixing it, but...
(As for PC, my power stuff is mostly on Balance I believe - is it something I should be adjusting there? Sorry to be seemingly clueless, no other game or activity has ever required me to mess around like this, so I'm just a bit inexperienced)
