Hello! I've been experiencing the 90001/90002 disconnection errors typically multiple times every day for the past couple months. Some days it's perfectly fine, but others will have a spree of errors for an hour or two, rendering FFXIV pretty much unplayable.

I've done a fair bit of searching around for solutions and I've tried multiple things to try and fix the problem, including:

- Testing whether or not it is my ethernet cord (as I typically play on ethernet). After trying out a wireless adapter for a couple days and still getting the error, I can confirm the ethernet cord is not the problem.
- Port forwarding. It didn't appear to have an effect.
- Contacting my ISP. They essentially said that the signal levels on the modem are all really good, and according to something called the flapping report, there isn't any flapping at all.
- Switching to the Directx9 version of the game. No effect.
- Tweaking Internet settings, as per suggestions on other posts. No effect.

I'm sure I've tried other solutions as well but I'm just blanking on them at the moment. I've tried essentially everything I could find that has been posted online and it doesn't seem to ever fix the issue. I'm really getting frustrated because of the feeling of ruining the game experience for friends and strangers when I suddenly drop out of a dungeon/raid (especially since I'm playing tank). I was hoping that somebody might have a suggestion I haven't heard.

If it helps any, my ISP is Shaw (I'm in Canada) and the modem I am using is the one supplied by them (a Shaw BlueCurve Gateway). I appreciate any and all assistance. Thank you.
