Ultima (can blms have it please)

I mean, you really can't give BLM and realistically expect it to do the kind of damage one would expect of a spell called ultima and as seen by the ultima weapon and the raid boss.
It would simply be broken.
It would have to be toned down so much that it wouldn't be ultima anymore.
