Just no, that would be a good way to upset and dissapoint a lot of people asking for male viera, ask for a extreme slider instead, forced sexual dysmorphism is a bad idea, and even more so for a non original ffxiv race... don't destroy a classic with weird ideas...
Seconded. I don't want their max height restricted in any way below what the female max is. I would not mind if the height slider went a bit below the females' in min height but I don't care for their height being restricted simply for the sake of reverse gender dimorphism. Simply because the trait emerges in some rabbit/hare species, it does not follow that it would emerge in Viera.
And you deserve to be entitled if you pay a subscription.
Not arguing your opinion for an extreme slider, but literally every other race has the men with taller max heights and the women with shorter min heights (except maybe Lalafells). If that's not forced sexual dysmorphism, I don't know what is. Also, I think it's a bit of a stretch to say making the men shorter by as little as a head on minimum height is "destroying a classic", lol.

Female Viera being the Amazon that they are, the males can safely be shorter and still tower over most other races.
And iono, ever since I heard male bunnies are smaller than females I kind of want this to happen. Not Au Ra levels, absolutely not, but take the average height difference you see between genders in the game and just flip it around.
Agreed. I'm not particularly interested in the men being drastically shorter than the women. I'd prefer them to be of a similar height. They're not a particularly 'matriarchal' race to begin with as far as I see them - it just so happens that so far, we've only seen the women as they're the more civilised of the two genders. They live in villages whilst the men live as loners in the deeper reaches of the forest, completely unseen outside of occasionally showing up to mate with the women.Seconded. In the interest of equality, they should be of equal height.
Same height with a very wide range between min and max so everyone is free to do what they want
I'd like the male viera to be based on male au ra, but a little bit more hips and taller legs shorter torso and a bit less muscled. As for height, same as female
Oh and btw for the racial armor I want a loincloth uwu
Well unless that's the vison of the male viera the designers had, I don't like it, besides, I don't think the ffxiv dev team should cover a lack with a race from another core title, that would be a disservice for the Ivalice fans, unless it was the image the original dev team had with male viera, I would be ok with that, but would not play a male viera is they end being as short as a male miqo, the only thing I don't like about my mooncat. Not arguing your opinion for an extreme slider, but literally every other race has the men with taller max heights and the women with shorter min heights (except maybe Lalafells). In fact I would not leave the concept art in hands of the ffxiv team, the race belongs to the Ivalice teams.
