CUTE male viera pls
CUTE male viera pls
I like gender locked races and I hope they stay this way. I'd like it if the Hrothgar adopted the FFXI lore that Galka had and be an asexual, reincarnating based race, because that was just such a cool concept for me at the time. Although I believe the lore for them is already out and it is nothing like this, but at least I could dream.
Good luck in your crusade, vocal minority, I hope you force the devs to do something frivolous instead of improve the game as a whole.
male viera looks is not the issue yoshi has already stated what they would look like if they are added
they knew people wanted a beast like race and started working on hrothgar first
but they also knew people wanted Viera so instead of making females for hrothgar they just used viera instead.
female Hrothgar got the shaft for than males viera but now that they have released one male and one female race people want the other.
more for the support of beastly females because they chose hrothgar to fill the void of a beast race but that void is still empty with lack of females for hrothgar
and we cant have one without the other now.
Silly people using its x or y year in their arguments for a game. Doesn't matter if its 1704, 2019, or 2804 that shouldn't force game developers to do it this way only and not use their own ideas and vision for what kind of game they want it to be. If they decide to make make veira then they will. Till then trying to argue its this year or what not is just dumb. No one cares what year it is, it's a game that should be able to be made how ever the developers would like it to be.
Remind me how well that worked for 1.0.
Obviously they shouldn't cave in to every last demand from the playerbase, in part because many of those are contradictory. But nor should their vision be mutually exclusive from things people obviously want.
If they fail that's on them. But, demanding it should be this or that way is silly. It would be great if they do choose to add males for veira, but again only time will tell and some of the ways people come off is just ridiculous about it.
Key is to how people word things.
Saying "I want this so it must be this way or i will rage quit!" isn't way to do it
Saying "I would like to see the male counterpart for said race" is much better way of putting it and asking for support on it.
A lot of the people on here have been using the first way instead of mustering support the second and civil way.
We're allowed to discuss how we want male viera to look, whether buff or slim. Forum staff will probably look through the posts in threads like these, translate it, and show it to Yoshi P. At the end of the day, the appearance of viera is up to the developers. Do I think that our feedback has any major significance in how male viera will look like? No, not really. But it's still something to talk about.
