How much item level we need for the new content?

i390 Tome weapons are now 4 weeks. Not 7. So they take even less time to get now. 1 O12N once a week for a total of maybe 10 mins of your time. Ofc, i380 crafted can be augmented to i390 just as easily. As long as someone isn't still using a weapon below i380 at this point (that isn't a returning player), it shouldn't matter too much.

Well then you need 4 weeks for the weapon, i thought they would've changed the item you need to perm drop already.
