Personally I would have liked if they let our squadron be these trusts as well and they could give them maybe a personality, dialogue and let us train them in a jobs as well. As much as I like Thancred and Y'shtola (Not you Alphinaud, you will stay home!) I felt like something like that already existed and should have be expanded on.
