    Balance the tanks to they can perform adequately at the role they weren't designated for in case of a pug

    That seems like a lot of balancing to do for tanks

    Yeah when they will fail in 5.0, all their balancing ressources will goes their.
    So, it's easy to imagine they will skip healers for the first half of the expansion, then fail to rectify balance of healer for the other half.
    And for finish, give us the same excuse for no new healers in 6.0.
