[*]There is a city much like Limsa Lominsa called Eulmore, where the affluent have gathered to live out the apocalypse in comfortable opulence.

Come to think of it, this is actually a bit (or very depending on what actually is going on) dark in hindsight. All the people there had similar traits to miqo'te but the men lacked the signature eye markings. Female Miqo'te are often seen as sex workers. Depending on how long this enclave has been active, there appears to be plenty of half miqo'te there. Might be reading a bit too much into a lack of a small detail on the two males shown but it did strike me as strange.
