Calling someone sexist is insulting and, imo, not valid criticism.

So you imagine it is insulting if someone does something sexist and doesn't want to be called sexist, and therefore it is unacceptable call sexist things sexist? That is an entirely unproductive if extremely creative take on the use of language.
