Wow, including Private, i only talk in private chats with only friends and the FC is like dead, but there its also only with a friend, so i refuse while i had my penalty to become boring in chats, and when people say something to me like: That one is so boring dont u think, then they just have to add me on my discord, and there i will be full of life as im normally also am and not boring at all.
Alot people find me fun and are glad they found me ingame, because they normally never see such of talkative people ingame to talk casually with.

Like one day i did do once Heaven-on-High on my scholar and said straight at the begin what i think about the class i did lvlup, then someone did react on that and so on we talked alot and became friends and done together even more Heaven-on-High runs. So i mostly always make friends, cus im very casual in talking not acting like a hostile, im always open to help others, ofc stuff can happen or i can do somethings wrong, but i also am just a human, everyone makes mistakes, like in one dungeon i made once 2 mistakes where someone else kept joking about it the entires dungeon so i became mad ofc. anyways im also full of stories which i also always did tell to everyone, which i cant do anymore, since there might be offending stuffs in it for others, only i just dont know on that. Mostly if i do a dungeon, i care more about comfortable party members over pro mean people.

But if i talk in private chats, then its only to friends or to people i wanna apologize to.

If you were reported for profanity usage, it has little to do with what kind of person you are. It’s strictly “You said a bad word”. Nothing more, nothing less. Obviously, punishments can be harsher if you are cursing someone out in a very blatant, confrontational way, or throwing slurs at people; but if you let slip a curse word or slur—even in your “liveliness”—it doesn’t matter how nice and helpful you are. You broke The Rules, and that’s what the GM sees.

The same thing happens just about every day on these forums—I know more people who have been banned because they said (or quoted) a curse word. We aren’t supposed to use them, so I can only recommend to use more caution in the future.

And yes, I do "like to quote" it (but not because I like bringing it up over and over), because people keep misinterpreting it and ranting against the misinterpretation as if it were fact. And I hate incorrect information getting passed around.

That’s fine, but don’t apply it to scenarios where it’s not applicable. This isn’t about intent or the possibility of punishments—it’s about OP said a wordy-durd and got a strike for it. That’s something I think the GMs are particularly rigorous about.
