I think 4 blue mages would be capable of doing all the level 50 dungeons at least. I know I had no trouble doing cutter's cry with other blues. Why would they put blue spells in level 50 dungeons if we weren't capable of going to get them?

I have to add I did this too.

Even at level 50, Missile will completely destroy the first boss of Sas HM, and having 4 people doing it makes it super quick. I would suggest giving it a try.

It's the last boss that's a drag..
