Again I say:

SE will never take action because its not behavior that is against the rules. You can try report it, but GM's won't take any action and you would just be wasting your time. Demand all you want, no one is obligated to let you stay in their party.

Feeling entitled to other people's time and effort and reporting them for not giving it to you seems pretty toxic to me.
