Can we report the Baldesion Arsenal discord group?

However the discords have done an appalling job with there PR and plenty of people complaining about the people pugging have themselves sound extremely toxic, which in turn makes the discords look like they will also be rather toxic and I can why people are very reluctant to join. While this image is likely to be unfair, the people from within the discords have helped project a negative image of the discords.

Hi there, I'm an admin of the Aether BA discord (I made the queue bot!). The issue is that people will ignore kind and helpful PR responses and plug their ears, screaming about how negative we are instead. A perfect example of this is my post waaaaaay back on Page 8 (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...=1#post4903119). It outlines the rules we have in place, apologizes for any issues, and recommends contacting me directly if you have any issues with people in the discord so we can get it sorted out. Guess how many replies it got or messages I received?

The people in this thread who are complaining about people in the discord are more than welcome to message me so we can get it taken care of. I'm not saying people from the discord are saints, no one is. But if someone in the discord is harassing, breaking TOS, or being a jerk, they are dealt with swiftly when we are notified.

Also, discord is available on every platform including PS4 - You can use the ingame browser to view text chat while your game is open. "Not being able to use discord" is not an excuse - If you can play FFXIV, you can use discord. There are no exceptions.
