Can we report the Baldesion Arsenal discord group?

The problem with looking from an outside view here, is that you don't know exactly how things go on inside of what you're looking at. If OP was to mention the insults and harassment alone, then that's perfectly reportable and no one disagrees on that and can happen.

But, his core argument was in regards to something that is not even reportable and is trying to paint the discord groups as the bad ones. Since you haven't tried BA, you'd naturally sympathize with his story regarding what happened. But, those who know how BA works would easily tell there are holes in the story.

1- He did not mention how she got into the portal: Did she snipe it? did she mistakenly take it? was it just free for grabs?
2- He's talking about them agreeing on not raising her: How did he know that? did he listen to them on discord? Since no one speaks in chat except the very few who don't have a mic that are not even the decision makers.
3- So making this thread complaining about someone not sacrificing themselves for his friend makes it more obvious that it's either a bait thread or just a hate thread made out of spite due to them reaping what they sowed. (You may argue that they didn't read the warning, but let's be honest, someone knowing about the discord group, premades and what happens between them and sniping knows too well what goes on in BA).
4- Quitting the game because others didn't wanna sacrifice themselves for his friend to get a raise, but (assuming they sniped the portal) have no regard taking a spot of another player waiting for hours to get in saying "it's my right to take the portal". I

sniping a portal does not exist in this content. Its free for all. they cemented this with last update that gave players more time to find portals and use special entry item, as well as the second portal's randomized spawn, giving players in the general area a chance of getting in.

that said the death mechanics are told in text people probably dont read, and one should not expect a raise in BA, especially if you are not part of any group/ have a role.

as for the waiting for hours, this is a self created problem based on how NA chooses to organize. It does suck to lose out after jumping servers for hours, but a noob player is not going to have any realistic concept of that. People dont even talk in chat much about it anymore until it happens.

The way i see this is, noob player tries to interact with content, gets rocked, doesnt know why no one will raise them, because everywhere else, raise is easy, and common.

if the discord cared, they probably would add text macros with info/warnings, but they dont care, and they are not required to.

also its pretty likely people were mocking him, but it may not have been a concerted discord effort.

Oh sniping exists alright. My last BA Discord group had a member get sniped. I say that because the person doing the sniping was banned from the Discord group for being an asshole and proceeded to create sock puppet accounts to stalk BA groups going in. When he managed to get in an instance with a BA group, he would literally shout in the instance that he was going to take a portal by using a key. And then he did. He knew exactly what he was doing, because he has been doing this for a while now. My group reported him/her.

Setting aside the rather stalkerish attitude they presented to go to that length, what I hear here is "they announced they were going to use legitimate functionality existing within the game to partake in content, and then legitimately gained access to aforementioned content". Did they force you to carry them once inside? Even if they did, though, it's still a different offense than "they took mah portal" which ultimately is still not reportable. Access to BA is a zero sum game - any person going in means someone else didn't, it's that simple.
