Maybe if they start to add 8-man squadrons with matching content, they'll add the rest of the titles? Then I'm thinking we'll also get a mini-game to fill out in triplicate (tomes of) forms and regulations for the highest officer ranks

It would be cool if we could start to recommend members of our troop to be "promoted" so that some of them could get their own subtroops, instead of just dismissing them. There's that island that's used by the Maelstrom to train troops, the Hullbreaker Isle (Hard), where we fight a Storm Marshal, though that's light party, not full party. If we get control over a full Alliance, not just a full party, maybe a solo "trial" where we're pitted against our own squadron could be something, sort of like a training excercise. As Kalise said,

I hope that gets rectified someday, but I guess the Elementals wouldn't like having an area like that in the Black Shroud. The only place I can think of where it would be possible to set something like that up would be behind the Black Boar gate.
