Does it really not bother you guys that you could go buy a full game for the price a a single mount from the mog station? Nothing in the mog station should be more than $5 max maybe if the money were going back into the game it'd be easier to stomach, but I think they have proven that that isn't happening.

Bother? It bothers everyone, but if anything can make people compromise their morals and sell their souls to our corporate overlords, it would be our chubby in-game overlord Fatter Cat.

That mount description makes sense in a lot of ways.

Doesn't bother me at all. I'm apparently in the minority that feels like the content I have access to is plenty for the $15 I pay a month - especially since I can enjoyably spend a few hours in game every night, and $15 is less than a single meal. And I'm not financially unstable enough that $24 for an extra that I like and am going to use bothers me at all.

I suppose I can feel some pity for those folks who have only been given access to Seiryu's wolf, the ultimate wolf mount, the eurekan petral, and the ozma mount since Jan 8, but I'm sure they'll manage to find *something* to ride if none of those are to their liking.

I don't mind the mog station having special mounts, but I think that if you're going to charge that much it should at least be a 2 seater mount. Make the cat chubbier so two people can ride it.

What's it like being stuck up you own ###? Just because someone is not willing to pay for something doesn't mean they are to poor to afford it. Some people can look at something and know it isn't worth the price, although if you spend more than $15 per meal you don't appear to have much finical since

Are people not allowed to treat themselves once in a while? Just because someone spends 24$ on a virtual item in a game they enjoy does not mean they have bad money spending habits. If it's not worth it to you, that's fine, but that doesn't mean it's not worth it to other people.

Not really. I'm happy with the game and ingame rewards overall. Although that's starting to fade considering the last few lackluster events and lack of decent rewards on quests like the Hildebrand chain.

I do find the mounts too expensive for me, personally, to find them worth it. Therefore I don't give them money for them. They aren't a tempting enough offer.

What really bothers me most is they have a larger cash shop than most subscription MMO's yet we're still stuck at 2 base retainers with yet another expansion on the way bringing in hundreds more crafting materials and other items.

For what it's worth, the glamour dresser is essentially an additional retainer in terms of the number of inventory slots given to you? And I think I read somewhere that they're planning to double that storage? Plus the saddlebag and housing storage.

Also not everything in the cash shop is a "physical" item. Mounts, minions, emotes, orchestrion tracks and job/story boosts don't take up inventory space.

Another retainer would certainly be nice, but we do have more storage than we used to.

So there's a weird thing with the mount. Is that a bug or is its butt really supposed to float over water ?
Considering the description, and if it's on purpose. I'm wondering if the voidsent living within the cat corpse is located toward it's butt and if it makes said butt float over water so it could breath while in shallow water...
