SE, Why charge money if you do NOT have the means to accept it??!

Wrong, about? XIV is a large hit and anyone with any industry knowledge, let alone business knowledge you seem to tout, would know the fact you dump upwards and over 100 million into a product and you don't make even a fraction of that back after you release it -- That's a loss, period. SE makes a ton of money from other IPs and services, but it doesn't vanish from your financial reports that you took a loss on x product during y period.

How long have you been sitting on low rank now? Your last achievement was on 4/16/2011 in FFXIV. Please at least play the game if you are going to be this ridiculous.

And this is my main character? Since when? I had this SE account during Alpha my friend, I've long made another account that I play on given that it's what's linked to my FFXI account for not only the bonus, but the initial discount they planned on offering.

Yes, and ALSO when he said he (Yoshi) felt that the game was good enough to start charging. Most believed it would be 2.0 because that is when he said the game would be "worthy of playing". So excuse me if I disagree with you on your "official statement" that isn't linked to anything. Please, continue whiteknighting a decision forced on this game by CEO's/major stockholders.

Whatever amount this game's upkeep is hurting them is still money going to waste. No successful business nor stakeholder would accept that kind of a usage of funds, period.

If you dont want to pay, dont. Wait for v2 to launch and come back on the free trial they are giving us again and give it another go.

Frankly I think it just comes down to most of these ppl not understanding basic business principles and practices, and no matter what you say about you education or work history if you do not understand why they are charging you will not get me to believe you understand basic business anything.

Plus they gave us a free year, I mean come on, they didnt have to do that at all.

Check if your Crysta can be bought with UltimatePay in your country, if it can, then there is your Paypal, but if you cant use Ultimate Pay then yes, its sad story and you are out of luck.

But I really don't want to use Crysta because there's no deals for extended subscriptions and it would be annoying to have to refill them every time.

When I select to pay with Crysta I only get the option to pay for 30 days. In fact, it doesn't even tell me how many crysta that is.

Thanks for the help... It's still a bit unclear as it's not telling me exactly how many crysta, but I think 5000 is enough for the 180 days (I'm in England so in theory it should cost less crysta than it does in the US and Euro zone)
