Yes, it lasts a few weeks to the point that I see full instances in Anemos and people that are level 60.

The same 144 people playing the worst content ever released in XIV doesn't represent a playerbase.

What TwistedTea was asking for is "content that keeps players engaged more than a month". For that request, Eureka is indeed a worthy option (arbitrary weekly restriction excluded) exactly because it's big and because it has a lot of different rewards here and there, mainly, the Relic.

But it comes down to "being engaged more than a month" not fully compatible with "casual content".

Problem is, Eureka is just bad game design, a bad copy of an awful game design from XI that any F2P MMO in the market have done better, the problem is the quality of the content released and that people doesn't want to support bad quality content. SE did nothing to improve Eureka.
